Leicester's City Centre Management Office LE-One required a method of promoting the developing Cultural Quarter and the new exciting projects that had recently been completed such as Rafael Vinoly's Curve Theatre and the Phoenix Square Film & Digital Media Centre. The resultant window vinyls, whilst prominent and vibrant, also enabled vacant premises to look loved.
